Exchange Policy 
If you need to exchange an item, please notify one of our agents immediately by calling or WhatsApp within 1-3 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to send pictures or videos of the purchased item to confirm it has been unused. Ensure that the stickers with the waybill and tracking number are undamaged; if these are damaged, exchanges may not be possible. Once these requirements are met, please contact our agents for repacking instructions.
Please note:
- If the exchange is due to a change in style or size, there will be an additional charge of 600 rupees.
- If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), exchanges are completely free.
During the exchange, the rider will collect the old parcel and the relevant payment for the new parcel.
Exchange Charges for Products
- Heels/Sandals: Rs. 450/-
- Shoes: Rs. 600/-
- Accessories: Non-refundable & non-exchangeable
🚫 No refunds for any products. Exchange only applies to eligible items within the given time frame.
