Exchange Policy !!

If you would like to exchange an item, please notify one of our representatives by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at 0767759202 within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:
* The item must be unused, and you will need to send pictures or videos of the product.

Please Note:
* The first parcel is delivered free of charge.
* If you wish to exchange due to a change in size or style, the return parcel cost and the delivery fee for the second parcel must be paid by the customer.
* You are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the new size or design.
* The exchange process may take 5–7 working days from the time we receive your returned item.
* If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), we will cover all costs and handle the exchange process free of charge.
